The school year tuition is payable in ten equal monthly installments due on the first school day of each month. Each payment pays for one tenth of the school year. A late fee will be added if payment is not received by 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of the month. Late fees start at $5.00. Please see our Payment Policy for a more detailed description of late payment fees.
A tuition deposit of one half (1/2) the amount of your monthly payment must be paid upon your child’s enrollment in class. This deposit is applied towards tuition the last month of your child’s attendance at Greenhouse.
We sincerely regret that we are unable to adjust tuition or to substitute one class-time for another in order to accommodate your child’s illnesses, enrollment in other programs, holidays and family vacations.
A two-week written notice is required when withdrawing a child before or during the school year. When the above notice is given, the tuition deposit may be used towards the last month’s payment. Please see Admission Agreement for a more detailed explanation of the Withdrawal Policy.
